Wow, what a week. Firstly we would like to say a massive thank you to all of the parents that attended the Phonics workshop on Tuesday. We hope you found the information useful but please remember that we are always available if you have any future questions or concerns.
This week we have been practising our hoop rolling skills and even challenged ourselves to work together and roll different shapes. We have taken our cafe role play to the next level by writing down orders, helping dinosaurs that have been captured in ice and been making dinosaurs out of 2D shapes.
Early years have discovered something this week. We found an egg in the sink area, with feathers and slime. The children have suggested that it might be a dinosaur egg. We had to tell Mrs Conway right away and she was kind enough to let us borrow a cage to keep the egg in. The children have been inspired by this and started to write and draw lots of lovely letters and pictures for the mystery egg. I wonder what may be inside...
