We have had another brilliant week in week 3. This week we have been researching all about the different species of bears in preparation for writing our non-chronological reports in the upcoming weeks.
In our maths work we have been completing our chilli challenges based on place value and our mastery questions. In our morning maths we have been working on our times tables - in particular our 2x, 5x and 10x tables - over the next week we will begin working on our 3x tables.
In our writing work we have been completing our stories based on our class book the bear and the piano. Year 2 have written some amazing stories based on this book and next week we will be using our editing passes to try and up-level our work!
