Week Six
Another week done!
This week we have been working very hard on our place value! We have looked at column addition and overcome lots of misconceptions that we have had previously. It was excellent to have some of the children come up to the front and model how to complete a calculation and they really enjoyed being the teacher.
In PE we have been working on team work and team building skills to help us to move up the Always Board. We played crossing the river and we had to work in teams to complete 4 levels, one including 2 people being blindfolded!
A reminder that our spelling test in on a Friday, children are given the spelling list each Friday and can complete them using the spelling menu that is in their homework book.
