Week 4

Another fantastic week in year 4!

We have had some very excited children this week with lots of questions about the up coming over night stay next Friday! Please remember that all of the information that you need is on the letter on our class page, but of course if you have any other questions we will be happy to help you.

This week we have been recapping and consolidating our knowledge of the bus stop method for division. In our writing we have been editing and publishing our letters to Seaworld, with lots of facts being learnt at home too!

Our RE work this week was about our values and identity, we thought about our own values and then thought about the values of Hindus. We completed identity jigsaws and got very creative!

Year 4 Blog....

Have a look at some of the things we enjoyed this week...

Aymen- I liked recapping the bus stop method to help me with division.

James- I enjoyed Maths because I remembered how to use the bus stop method.

Fallon- I enjoyed Art this week and drawing the Orca whales

Elsie- I also liked creating the Orca reflections in Art because it was a bit of a challenge for me.

Please remember to return the activity slip for the overnight stay by Monday if your child CANNOT take part in the activities listed.

See you all next week!
