Week 3
We have had a busy week this week. We have been exploring halve of a shape and half of an amount. We have been writing a narrative of Jack and the Beanstalk from the giant's perspective. I am super impressed with the standard of writing in Year One and how much it has improved. In topic we have been sequencing how to plant a seed and learning about what plants need to grow and survive. This week, instead of yoga, the children did the Beep Test and they blew me away with their determination - some children reached level 14!
As always, well done for the effort put into spellings this week 25/30 of children got 5/5 in their test.
