Well what can we say about our first week back after half term . . . this week we have been designers by creating and making our own polar bear. We have been researchers by locating and finding out information about Inuits. We have been mathematicians by revising our addition and subtraction and being brave by having a go at some tricky questions. We have been globe trotters in our new story book "Poles Apart" and recognising where the Pilchard-Browns go for their picnic! We have also been recapping our road safety knowledge for road safety day and making our poppies for our Remembrance Garden! A very busy first week back - but very well done year 2 you have worked really hard this week!
