We started off the week with Remembrance day and the children joined in the service with the rest of the school to pay their respects. They spent time making poppies and thinking about why it is so important to remember those who fought and lost their lives for us.
Later on in the week, they enjoyed a morning at the panto - oh yes they did! It was so much fun and lovely to see them dancing and chuckling away with all of their friends. We had 2 children celebrating their birthday and the lucky children even got a mention.
On Friday, we celebrated Children in Need and took part in the Joe Wicks workout day. Instead of assembly they had a live fitness session with Joe and really got involved. Afterwards, all the school took part in a 20 minute workout on the new gym equipment. I've attached some pictures of the children enjoying their session.
We have got the Viking visitor joining us on Monday and we can't wait for the children to enjoy the experience. Also the final day for children to get their sleepover letters in is Monday.
Have a good weekend.
