What a busy first week back!
We have been pancake flipping and on a school trip whilst packing in lots of high quality learning along the way.
On Tuesday we took the tram to visit Gallery Oldham as part of the 'wow' starter to our topic. We were able to handle a range of different objects related to Oldham's history as a world leader in the spinning of cotton. We had a great morning and learnt lots that will support us with our new topic.
In maths we have worked hard developing our reasoning skills relating to decimals and have also started looking at how we can find a range of percentages of different numbers. In our writing we have been writing an accurate recount of our trip to the gallery and in Spanish we have been learning the different months of the year.
