Here we go in week 1!
We have had a brilliant start to the topic so far in year 3!
I'm sure the children told you all about the Bushtucker Trials we did in class! The children were absolutely brilliant throughout this challenge - they made us so proud!

The children have really impressed us this week in their attitudes to their learning. They are so eager to challenge themselves in their learning too - which is really having an impact in their progress too.
In our maths this week we have been looking at balancing calculations and sharing out equally. We have been having some really good discussions about why when we divide it needs to be equal and what happens when it doesn't divide equally. Some of us have been really challenging ourselves and looking at balancing the calculations.
Spellings will be sent home on Friday 12th for the spelling test on the 19th. A copy is attached below.
Also, on Friday 19th January we will be continuing with our linking project to Buckstones Primary School. We will be going there for the morning only. A copy of the letter is attached below.
