It's been a busy week in Year 4!
We have started our place value work in Maths, looking at rounding to the nearest 10 and 100. This seemed very challenging on Monday but as the week has progressed we have shown great resilience and become a lot more confident. Well done, Year 4!
In Writing we have been looking at spelling rules and punctuation. We have also received a very strange email from Mrs Conway, she explained that the prank that we had played had gone drastically wrong. We left some of our poo in her office and a visitor who wanted to send their children to our school put their hand in it. Oops! They are now considering not sending their children to Whitegate End. We decided that we needed to send our sincere apologies to both Mrs Conway and the visitors. We are currently in the process of writing letters of apology in the hope that this will make things better.
Homework and spellings will be given out next week, but as always reading should be taking place every night.
Have a great weekend!
