Week 2
We have had another brilliant week here in Year One. I am very proud of the effort that has been put into spellings again this week as we have so many children that nearly got or did get 5/5! In Maths we have been working really hard on place value and using ten frames to help us with our number work. In literacy we have been very excited to talk and write about our toys. In Topic we have been comparing some of our toys with toys from the past e.g. teddy bears. We have also been talking about rules vs expectations in PHSE and have agreed on some Year One Expectations.
