The children had a fun day exploring lots of activities for Science Day. We discovered how to blow the largest bubbles and what made them float away outdoors and what car was the fastest to travel down our ramp. We asked scientific questions, such as how could we make this car go faster? Indoors we were predicting which objects would roll and which would not. We tested our theory out and then talked about why certain objects rolled and others didn't. We also had a great time exploring senses. we looked at the things we could do easily with our eyes open and then we did the same activities with our eyes closed. What changes did we notice? Why do your think it was harder to write your name with your other hand? Here are a selection of pictures to enjoy.
