What a week this week has been!
On Tuesday afternoon, some of the children went to the Whitworth Art Gallery to take part in the Great Science Share for Schools. We had an absolutely amazing afternoon. The children could take part in our science investigation question around skittles and m&ms in different types of liquids.
In our learning in the classroom we have been looking at finding the duration of time. Telling the time is such an important life skill for the children, please can they be encouraged to continue this at home too.
In our writing, we have been writing and publishing our own set of instructions for mummifying a body! We have been looking at the features including imperative verbs (bossy verbs), subheadings, bullet points. The children have produced some brilliant pieces of writing.
