This week we launched seesaw and it has been lovely seeing your work. Do what you can, when you can - the most important thing is, is that you are relaxed and happy. Do something that helps you to feel good everyday. It could be exercise, sitting outside in your garden, reading a book, drawing a picture, helping make the dinner or tea, ringing a family member or a friend. As the weeks go by, I am thinking of you all and I hope you are taking care of yourselves.
