Week 5
Another busy week in Year 3. We have been learning about Stone Age to Iron Age Homes and Skara Brae. The children have been working really hard on developing their knowledge about Stone Age times and have started to understand that the people of that time invented and developed ways to survive. They now know that early Stone Age people moved around from country to country to search for warmer climates and food but as the climate became warmer they started to settle and became the first farmers of the world. Next week we will look more in-depth at the Bronze Age and Iron Age eras to complete our topic.
