Week 2
Another wonderful week in Year 3...
This week we learnt about how fossils are made.
We started to write character descriptions about Excitable Edgar and completed part of our mathematics learning journey. We are now much more confident with the x3, x4 and x8 tables. We learnt about Shabbat, a Jewish observance. We learnt that every Friday at sunset through to Saturday at sunset, Jewish people have special blessings, go to the Synagogue, and have special family meals. We also learnt they can not work, use electronics or write! We thought this must be a special occasion as they spend it with their families and are not distracted with phones,
I-pads or TV. Then to celebrate the end of the week we had an Always Reward!! Hot Chocolate and biscuits.
