This week in our exciting year 2 classroom we have been looking at all things scaly, furry, slimy and fleshy as we have been learning to classify animals.
We now know there are 6 animal groups that we classify all animals into, these are;
** Mammals
** Amphibians
** Reptiles
** Insects
** Fish
** Birds
In our writing we have started to look at creating a report about bears. We have been creating some questions that we would like to answer in our report and considering how we would answer these.
In our maths we have been working further on subtraction and using our tens and ones method. We have been recognising how we exchange ten ones for one ten.
