Welcome to 'The Stone Age'
Welcome back to school. I hope you have had a lovely break and are raring to get back to your learning.
This half term our topic is the Stone Age. It is a fantastic topic to learn about, as there are so many amazing things that we can find out about the people of that time. We will learn about their way of life, what they ate, their daily routine, what they hunted and why, how they lived, what they built, and tools they designed and made.
Our class book is 'The Boy with the Bronze Axe'. It is a story set within the Stone Age times, about a boy who finds himself, in Scotland.
The story will give you a wonderful insight in to life during the Stone Age and the village of Skara Brae.
