Freddy Fit
We had a visit from Freddie Fit-he came to show us how to look after our bodies and keep fit just like him!
First we warmed up to some great music then we exercised until our hearts were beating very fast! Next the girls and boys had a stretching contest-the boys won! Then we practised jumping left and right on special jumping mats before we all did a long limbo! Finally, we cooled down before we went back to class-what a great way to start the day!
