Week 5
Wow! What a busy but exciting week! Nursery have been learning about food banks for their class charity and have been kind enough to bring in donations to go to the local food bank for Christmas. Thank you to everyone who brought donations in. We really appreciated your kindness. We were lucky to have a visit from David who runs the local food bank in Chadderton. He explained to the children what happens to their food once it is taken back to the food bank and who it goes to. He showed us an example of a food parcel they would give out to people. Thank you David for giving up your time to come and see us.
We are super proud of all the children in Early Years for all the hard work they put into the Christmas show. Your singing and acting was amazing! Thank you to everybody who came to watch the show. We really hope you enjoyed it!
