Well what another exciting week it has been!
This week we have been using drama to retell the story of the bear and the piano. We have been creating text maps to help us learn the story and we have been creating amazing vocabulary posters to help us learn the "wow" words in the story!
In our maths we have been looking at how numbers can be represented in different ways by partitioning. We have also been practising our 2x, 5x and 10x tables.
In our topic work, our challenge of the week has been; "Who does this baby belong to?" This week we have been recognising the names of baby animals and looking at how different animals can lay eggs - we know that these animals are called reptiles. We have also been looking at different life cycles both human and animal.
Another super week - well done year 2!
