Wow! Another busy week has flown by and team year 6 have been working really hard with both Mr Scott and Mrs Bingham.
In literacy we have been publishing our diary entries and early indications leave us to believe that there are some quality writers in our class.
In maths we have been tackling rounding and are really getting the gist of being able to round to both 10, 100 and 1000. We have also been developing our arithmetic skills working in small groups to develop strategies to answer questions quickly and effectively.
Finally in topic we have been looking at the role of women in WW2 and establishing that they played a major role in our victory.
We are super excited as next week we will be visiting Robinwood where we will be taking part in a range of activities to develop our teamwork skills and gain independence.
