What a Winterful Week!
In Year 1 we have been learning about all things Winter this week. We have thought about what happens in Winter and produced some super writing to describe the season. Our experience at the Chillfactore got us thinking about staying warm and how different clothes keep us warm or cool. We set up an investigation and used some very scientific vocabulary such as "prediction", "observation" and temperature. We also thought about how we can represent different wintery weather in a collage. Finally, we even started thinking about a very special winter festival!
Have a lovely weekend and next week we are looking forward to learning all about shape and finding out why some countries are hot, and others are cold.
