To begin our year this year, our first topic is THE EARTH BELOW.
In this topic, we will be looking at the earth's makeup and how the earth's crust creates volcanoes and earthquakes.
We will be looking at, and researching, where volcanoes and earthquakes can be found and locating some on a map. We will also be using the ipads to have a VR experience at looking ore closely at volcanoes!
In our writing, we will be looking at creating an explanation piece on volcanoes and we will also be looking at creating a newspaper report on an eruption!
This half term will be a busy one, but we will be having lots of fun along the way!
