Well what a week it's been! We've been creating African sunsets, creating hybrid animals and even had time to take part in sports day!
In our writing we have started working on our story Lila and the secret of rain - we have mind mapped our ideas and listened to the story. We have created a super description using one of the amazing images in the book.
In our maths we have started our work on position and movement by giving directions to our partners using key language and vocabulary such as; left, right, up, down, forwards, backwards, anti clockwise, clockwise, half turn, three quarter turn and quarter turn!
A super week year 2 well done!
