Here it is, the last half term of this academic year! I can't believe we are coming to the end of this year already!
This one, as always, will be a busy one. We will be continuing on our science theme and our new topic will be Animals Including Humans. We are going to build on our knowledge from year 1 and we are going to be carrying out our own science investigations to and reporting on them!
In the mix this half term, we have Science week. Science week is going to be w/b 19th June and the theme this year is 'connections'. The children are going to have some exciting activites planned throughout the week.
In our writing this half term, we will be completing a letter to our new teacher in year 3 and we will be also completing a character description.
In maths, we are going to be looking at statistics, continuing with mass, capacity and temperature and also be introduced to our 8 times tables!
