Week 1
Wow! What a brilliant first week we have had in year 3!
We kicked off the week after Mrs Harris had just come back from her massive journey … to the centre of the Earth! As she brought us back a dinosaur fossil we began making our own and they have turned out brilliantly! They are being left to dry and to harden in school and then will be shared with you at home :)
We have been revising our times tables and will be concentrating on these this half term to make sure we are fluent in the 2,5 and 10 times tables!
This Friday, the class will be taking part in Enrichment in the afternoons. They will be taking part in a variety of activities throughout the year and will change every half term. For this half term the children will either be taking part in Global Studies, Cookery or Karate.
What a brilliant first week we have had so far and can't wait for what the next week brings us!
