Get your week 3 news here...

This week has been another busy week in Year 4.

We want to start by saying such a huge thank you to all the children for their hard work in Maths this week. They have risen to the 'chilli challenges' to become much more confident with their multiplication skills. They have worked so hard and should be proud of themselves.

We have been drafting our 'Weslandia' stories this week and the children are showing all the skills they have been learning in Year 4. Everyone is trying their very best to improve their writing. We can't wait to see the published versions.

This week in our topic work we rolled up our sleeves and got busy looking at electrical circuits. The children had such amazing ideas when they had to plan, monitor and review their initial science investigation. Everyone worked together to share ideas and the excitement in the class was brilliant!!!

The homework being handed in is just amazing. We have had fantastic quiet critter houses, amazing wordsearches and great designs for our very own cities. A big thank you to all parents and carers for helping support the children with their homework.

Please look out for the Bikeability letter which is being sent out on Friday. If you have any questions please just come and see me in school.

Thanks for another great week Year 4  smiley
