What an effort year 6 are putting into their learning !
The work they are doing in preparation for their challenges is immense and they are smashing their previous scores each week.
It is clear they have a fantastic attitude at the moment and are desperate to do well.
They have also been conducting investigations associated with light in science and it clear they are enjoying their topic asking lots of probing and relevant questions.
This week has also seen the OLdham Sumdog competition take place and we have competed valiantly against many other schools from around Oldham. Lawrence (AKA human calculator) is currently at the top of the leader board for the whole town and as a class we are third out of 31 schools.
