Autumn 1
In a few weeks time we will begin our first topic ‘Bucket Fillers’ based on the book ‘Have you filled a bucket today?’ by Carol McCloud. This focuses on kindness and children’s feelings and behaviour. The topic will concentrate on children's personal, social and emotional development and communication and language skills. During this topic each child will have the opportunity to bring in a bucket full of all the things that make them happy - you will be notified when it is your child’s turn. We can’t wait to have a class full of bucket fillers, not dippers!
