Who Lives in a House Like This?
Our topic this half term is going to see us looking more closely at habitats. We are going to be extending our knowledge about hibernation and learning about the different places animals live and why.
We will be learning about life cycles of living things, food chains and what animals need in order to stay alive.
In our maths we are going to be learning at multiplication and division as well as continuing with our times tables. Children will know their 2,5,10 and their 3 times tables.
In our writing we are going to be focussing on 2 pieces this half term. The pupils will be writing a non chronological report aswell as a recount based on our class text, The Bear and the Piano.
Our guided reading book will be The Big Book of Beasts.
