Week 3
We have had such a fun week this week!
In our Science learning we looking at and compared things that were alive, have lived or never lived. We took our learning outside and tried to find things around the front of school. The children really enjoyed this activity and were able to really think about what things were made from, i.e the wooden fence would be 'have lived' as it was made from wood from a tree.
In our writing, we have been exploring the text from 'The Bear and the Piano' story. We have been revisiting adjectives and how we can use these in our writing. We will be focussing on this text and will be writing a recount for our next assessed piece of writing.
Next week, as part of our design technology project, we will be tasting a rang of different breads, spreads and fillings.
