Wow! What an amazing first week at school. We have enjoyed meeting our new teachers and have made lots of new friends. 

It has been lovely to see so many of smiley faces coming through the door. We understand there have been a few tears but we have ended our first week on a real high. We have been on a detailed tour of the unit in small groups to familiarise ourselves with the different areas to remember such as the toilets, cloakroom, carpet and snack area. We have also been exploring role play, make-it, painting, maths, reading, water, sand construction/small world, science and of course outdoors. It has been lovely to see so many children grow in confidence throughout the week and we can not wait to see what next week brings.

Finally, we would like to say a massive thank you to you for your ongoing support. We understand the first week in school can be a little daunting but together we have ensured it has been a smooth transition for the benefit of the children.
