Welcome to the PTA section.
On the 6th of October we held our AGM for the PTA.
Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed towards a really constructive meeting.
This years officers are:

Carla Shepherd- Vice Chairperson
The PTFA is open to any parent, teacher, friend or member of family who wishes to help raise money for extra school events and resources.
How the money is spent
Annually the PTFA is committed to funding a range of activities and resources. These include:
Christmas gifts for EYFS & KS1 children
Visitors for whole school themed days, in 2013/14 this included Archery Day, the Pop Project and a Forensic Science Day
School Text Messaging service (jointly funded with the school)
Key Stage 2 Pantomime visit (jointly funded by the school)
Contribution towards educational visits or visitors for each class
Other areas of PTFA funding have included:
The purchase of all weather clothing for children in EYFS (£380)
Contribution to the Year 6 leavers celebration
The Objectives of the Association are:
The PTFA activities are not just confined to fund raising. The committee welcomes any suggestions for social events, discussion groups or any other ideas which would help achieve the objectives of the Association.
The PTFA extends a warm welcome to all new parents who wish to contribute to its activities.
Regular fundraising events include:
Termly discos for all children in the school including DJ, food, sweets & prizes
Twice yearly clothing collections
Christmas & Summer Fairs.
