Summer 1
I hope you have had an amazing half term break.
We will be getting off to a magical start in Year 5 as our new topic is 'Make your own magic'.
We are going to be amazed by the world of magic in our new book "The Nowhere Emporium."
As this is a Science based topic we will be looking at and investigating properties and changes of materials.
In our writing we will be completing a range of activities based on our book the Nowhere Emporium. We will also be completing some work on the picture book, Leon and the Place Between.
In our maths work we will be focusing on key skills such telling the time, money and also shape.
