Wow another week!
We managed to complete so much this week!
In our maths we have been working so hard developing our maths skills! We have been looking at related calculations and relying so much on our times tables! I have been relaying how important these times tables are and I'm hoping the children have realised too!
In our guided reading, we have been exploring chapter 1 of the Iron Man by Ted Hughes. The children are so engaged! We have been thinking about the feelings of the Iron Man as well as extending our vocabulary.
We have also been introduced to our 2 poems that we will be performing on Thursday 23rd March at the Oldham Coliseum (a letter will be sent out early next week).
Finally, thank you so much for all the efforts for World Book Day on Thursday, the children looked fantastic and their vocabulary words were brilliant!
