Week 2
Well what a week!
We began by working on our measuring skills by going out onto the playground and getting ourselves into height order. We started off in small groups as the mild challenge, then into groups of ten for the spicy challenge. Finally we tried to get into order as a whole class. It was very challenging, but we eventually mastered it!
In our writing we have been deciding which one of Ranger Rob's animals to choose for our non-chronological report. We were able to choose from the crested gecko, tegu or Burmese python. Once we had chosen we began to look at the features of a non-chronological report. This included... heading, sub-heading, caption, photograph and questions.
Next week we will be working on suffixes and generalisers!
