Spring Term - A Journey Through Time and Learning!

This term, our spotlight is on History. We will delve into the fascinating world of the Romans and uncover how they transformed Britain. Later, we'll step into the 20th century to learn about World War II. Using the knowledge we gained in Autumn, we’ll compare how Manchester has evolved since these pivotal moments in history.

In Reading, we continue with our book adventure with The Boy Who Grew Dragons by Andy Shepherd. 

In Writing, we will be writing letters based on the Romans and activating our previous learning by creating non-chronological reports.

In Maths, we’ll continue our journey through Power Maths, focusing on key topics like:

• Multiplication and Division

• Length and Perimeter

• Fractions

• Mass and Capacity

We’ll also sharpen our mental maths skills in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, helping students grow into confident mathematicians.
